Family therapy

Considering Family Systems Theory, I have a holistic and multi-sided approach in which each individual is viewed as part of a whole and family is viewed as a unit consisting of its individuals. In family therapy, the presence of various family members is expected in order to understand each other more deeply and learn about the challenging things which affect the whole family. You will learn different skills to communicate with your family members more effectively, resolve issues and boost the family and parent-child dynamics.

In this therapy, family members will be asked to collaborate to realize their group dynamics and the effect of their actions or behaviours on each other and the family as a unit. Various skills to manage conflicts, solve problems, set healthy boundaries and improve family bonds will be taught.
